CH Sommit’s Kanga CD BN RN WC

Kanga is our first “DIY” champion, although she is our third generation of homebred champion Labradors.  She earned all of her show wins from the Bred-by-Exhibitor class, handled by Sue and Linda.  We are particularly proud of this achievement in the very competitive, high quality world of Midwest Labrador breeders.  Kanga loved dog shows which made handling her fun.  After her show career she dove right into obedience, rally and field work, even happily winning a large Rally class at age 10.

Despite limited breeding, Kanga figures prominently in many  Sommit Labrador pedigrees.  She is the dam of our beloved Townley and grand dam of Zephyr.
